Anthea Walker, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of AW Concierge, a Property Concierge and Lifestyle Management company created for those who understand that time is the ultimate luxury. With an international background and a career rooted in service, Anthea has built AW Concierge on trust, discretion, and meaningful relationships.

Born in London, raised in New York, and now based in Florida, Anthea brings a global perspective shaped by her studies in London, Paris, and New York, where she earned her MBA. Growing up in a real estate family and later becoming a licensed real estate agent in New York laid the foundation for her deep understanding of property, logistics, and client care.

With over eighteen years of experience, Anthea has planned events ranging from intimate gatherings to large scale weddings and previously owned a full service bridal salon in New York. Her extensive work in event planning, combined with years of international travel across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, refined her appreciation for design, etiquette, and lifestyle driven service.

Today, Anthea is actively involved in the South Florida business and nonprofit community. She proudly supports organizations including Dress for Success, Habitat for Humanity, and the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to service beyond business.

Her philosophy is simple yet intentional: care deeply, anticipate needs, and serve with excellence. Through AW Concierge, Anthea continues to elevate everyday living by managing homes, projects, and lifestyles with precision, heart, and unwavering attention to detail.
